There is a known bug where some people have completed a form and at the end, a message says the form is still incomplete. DO NOT TRY TO FILL THE FORM AGAIN OR START AGAIN. We will fix it for you. You do not need to let us know. Our team is working on fixing this bug.

Before you begin your application, please ensure that you have the following ready:

• Copies of any previous qualifications you have (if applicable)
• Your USI or identification documents to apply for a USI (if applicable)

This form should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Most people get stuck when trying to select the right course to enrol into. If you are unsure, please do not worry and select the closest one. The subsidised training form is for residents of South Australia who have applied for government funding (if unsure, please contact).
