SUMMARY:Diploma TAE Orientation Day
DESCRIPTION:All students must attend a one-day orientation and familiarisation session for the Diploma of TAE qualification – This applies to students either undertaking a Single Diploma or Double Diploma. \nThis includes:\nTAE50116 – Diploma of Vocational Education and Training\nTAE50216 – Diploma of Training Design and Development\nIn this class you will start unpacking units of competency relevant to your pathway.\nYour trainer will work closely with you to establish what industry you are in (or intend to work in) and what you hope to achieve with your learning journey. This allows AITT to set the context for completing the rest of your assessments. There is often scope for RPL in the diploma qualifications.\nYour trainer will also induct you into your Canvas online learning platform – where you can access your course materials and join our training community where you will have access to trainer resources, glossaries, learner guides, videos and lectures, ice-breakers and have contact with other students.\nStudents are then left to undertake course work in a supported self-paced format.
